Terms of Service
These terms describe how this site works and what it does and does not promise.
VisionCrest Remodeling is based at 924 Newton St, San Fernando, CA 91340, and works on remodeling projects inside the City of San Fernando. This site describes those services in general terms. By using this site or calling us, you agree to the terms on this page.
Services described
This site describes remodeling services in San Fernando, California, including kitchens, bathrooms, whole-home remodels, room additions, accessory dwelling units, garage conversions, and interior finishes. The descriptions on this site are general information about the kinds of work offered, not a contract for any particular property or scope.
Estimates, not firm prices
Any figure discussed on the phone or described on this site is an estimate, not a firm price. A written scope describes the rooms, materials, and sequence of work that an estimate covers, and the final figure depends on the scope agreed and on what is found once work begins.
Permits
San Fernando is an incorporated city, so permits for work inside the city go through the City of San Fernando Community Development / Building & Safety, 117 Macneil St. Some scopes need a permit and some do not; the city office confirms what a given scope requires, and permit planning is part of the scope where a permit applies.
No licence, warranty, or response claims
This site makes no licence, warranty, or response-time claims. Before signing with any contractor, verify a contractor's licence status through the state licensing board, and ask how permits, inspections, and the written scope are handled.
General information only
Content on this site is general information about remodeling, not advice for a specific property. Decisions about a particular home should be based on a visit, a written scope, and the requirements that apply to that property.

Contact is by phone only: +1 818-412-6345, Monday–Sunday, 5:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m. There is no email address and no contact form on this site. Our address is 924 Newton St, San Fernando, CA 91340.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of California, in general terms. Nothing on this page is legal advice.
